Journey Back to You is for you if you are committed to your personal growth and really want to understand yourself at a deeper level.

I will take you on a journey to find your true inner desires, needs and values.

We will then devise a plan to bring these alive, unravelling and healing anything that may have been holding you back, freeing you from any chains that have binded you and enabling you to step into your true potential.

How it works

Julie Flower

You can choose from a 6-week or 12-week programme which comprises of an hour’s weekly session and support via WhatsApp messages in between sessions.

The programmes include all of my modalities (therapeutic coaching, counselling, hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, wellbeing products) and regular bioenergetic wellness aura scans which reveal hidden information to help you on a deeper level.

We will get to know each other and build a relationship in which you feel seen, heard and understood. This enables us to dig deep and bring out your true potential. We will get to understand what you need to thrive, what affects your energy and what we can do help.

We will discover any hidden blockages that may need healing and find ways to help you transform into the best version of you. We will set out a road map to help make your dreams come alive, and I will fully support you as you make any changes you may need to make.

You will gain a set of tools teaching you how to regulate and process your emotions, and understand your thought patterns and any underlying unhelpful belief systems, enabling you to live a life with more joy, peace and vitality.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends as everyone is different, for some people a couple of sessions are sufficient other people may need more.
